2016 Volt: Coming to an Auto Show Near You?

Rumors online state that the 2016 Volt could debut as soon as the LA Auto Show later this year.
We may have our eyes on a new Chevy Volt very soon.

Recently we have been hearing some underground rumblings about the 2016 version of the Chevy Volt. First, there were some spy photos of an almost Paisley-styled concept version. Then there was the rumor about a 200-mile range on the new Volt. The newest rumors are saying that the 2016 Volt will debut to the public very soon.

The rumors speculate that the newest model will either show up in Los Angeles later this year or at the Detroit Auto Show in early 2015 so that the public can get a glimpse of this car. GM is scheduled to make two announcements during this week’s Center for Automotive Research Management Briefing Seminars in Traverse City, Michigan.

The Volt has already had announcements about improvement to the battery used to power the car, both improving performance and lowering the cost for consumers and Chevy alike. The auto shows would be the next step to unveiling this next-generation electric vehicle.
